Hi Guys! I am SO excited to share one of my most asked for recipes in the moment, and that is my Almond Flour Birthday cake made completely out of paleo ingredients! This is a fun and easy cake to make for yourself or a loved one for any occasion! Here are the Ingredients! Vanilla Cake: 3 1/2 cups blanched almond flour 8 large eggs 2 tablespoons arrowroot starch 1 cup maple syrup 4 teaspoons baking powder 4 teaspoons vanilla extract 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil 1/2 teaspoon salt Vanilla "Buttercream": 1 cup palm oil shortening room temp, soft 1 cup coconut oil softened but solid 2/3 cup + 2 Tbsp tapioca flour 1/2 cup raw honey 3 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp fine grain sea salt See the video for step-by-step instructions :) Please make sure to Subscribe to my channel for new videos that I will be posting!
