Bİ ROTA 8. BÖLÜM BEYOĞLU PART 2 VLOG GALATA KULESİ'NDEN KARAKÖY'E

🌧️ After a long break, we're back with a rainy episode on our Bi Rota channel. Beyoğlu is a district larger than some countries on its own. It's impossible to explore it all in just one week. This week, our second route is from Galata to Karaköy. Come on, let's explore this route together this week! 🗼 First, Büşra and I went up the Galata Tower. We enjoyed a 360° panoramic view of the Bosphorus, the Golden Horn, and the Historical Peninsula all at once. We talked a little about its history and its surroundings. 🎬 As we walked down the side streets to Karaköy, we saw the house used (or made to look like it was used) in the movie "Issız Adam" (Lonely Man) from the outside. Turning the corner, we took a short coffee break at the Postane Cafe, originally designed as the old British Post Office and now a cafe. ☕ #notanadvertisement After seeing the Bereketzade Mosque right next to the Post Office, we went a little further down and saw the British Seamen's House, which is now used as the Beyoğlu Eye Hospital, and the Austrian Hospital, which closed last year, from the outside and talked about their histories. On the street below, we saw the Terziler Synagogue from the outside, which now serves as an art gallery. 🏛️ We went down to Karaköy via the Kamondo Stairs and saw Bankalar Street, one of our favorite streets. On the street, we saw the building, originally built as the Ottoman Bank, a magnificent masterpiece by Alexandre Vallaury, and continued on our way. 🌊 In Karaköy, we took some spontaneous shots in the rain, and of course, we ate fish wraps, not the fish sandwich I always mispronounce. 🌯 It was truly a legendary taste.
