ESTO SE COMPLICÓ DEMASIADO EN LA PATAGONIA

We're in Patagonia, Argentina, and in this video, I'm going to tell you why one of our days touring this part of the country got complicated. Winter, snow, ice, and the harsh climate made what should have been a simple hike even more difficult. This region of Patagonia is famous for its hiking trails. There are many trails, from simple ones for beginners to multi-day, even week-long hikes. They're very famous because you can appreciate great landscapes, mountains, and glaciers. The problem with hiking in winter is that it can become complicated due to the snow, ice, and limited daylight hours. Just today, we decided to hike to the base of Mount Fitz Roy, one of the most famous mountains in Patagonia and one of the most difficult to climb in the world. Although I'm only going to hike to the base, it's a 24-kilometer hike, but the ice will complicate the hike, and we'll have to return at night, something that shouldn't have happened.
