Shigley 8.12 | Bolted Joints in Shear
In this lecture we will discuss bolted joints with both primary and secondary shear forces. This same content would apply to pins and rivets as well as bolts. We will also use MathCAD Prime 5 to calculate shear forces and stresses in the bolts.
