Hello, this is Carrot Vending Machine. 🥕 I filmed this video to share with you my journey as I race toward 1,000 guest rooms. I just finished cleaning the guest rooms, which is the most basic task in accommodation management. Of course, I could leave this to the staff. However, I believe that one cannot build a good accommodation without personally checking the condition of the space where guests stay and identifying any recurring issues on-site. From a single small stain on the bedding, to a single strand of hair left in the bathroom, to the condition of the space that catches the guest's eye first. I know that seemingly trivial details determine customer satisfaction and ultimately build the accommodation's reputation and revenue, so I do not easily let go of this responsibility. I clean personally not simply to save on labor costs, but to take full responsibility for the rooms I manage until the very end. Someday, I will have to delegate more tasks to staff, but before that, I must become someone who understands the field better than anyone else and can establish precise standards. Because if you cannot properly manage even one room, you cannot operate 100 or 1,000 rooms. Until the day you operate 1,000 rooms, the aspiring hotel owner's challenge continues!
