ROCO SET 67080 TOLVAS TT6 UNE CARGAS RENFE

🇬🇧 TT6/Fals RENFE HOPERS In 1980, a new hopper model was released in Spain that included a lateral unloading system by gates. The TT6 hoppers. This system was little used in our country both by RENFE and by the companies that own particular material. The hoppers had a dual brake of origin and came in an Oxide Red livery. They have a balcony equipped with a spindle brake, from which the gate opening and closing mechanism was also controlled. This mechanism allowed all kinds of unloading system settings to be made, depending on the side, drainage volume, etc. The maximum opening of the gates was 0.60m, apart from intermediate openings of 0.15 0.30 and 0.45m could be obtained. The most common loads for this type of waggons were fertilisers, minerals, beets and especially very fine-metre grain coal. The Y21 bogie is adapted to the change of axes at the border, to allow international traffic through the rest of the continent. The RENFE numbering of these hoppers was TT, from 202,001 to 202,350. In international numbering (UIC) they adopted the numbering Fals 32 71 665-0 000-6 to 349-7 Subsequently, in the 90s, the livery was changed, becoming green with a gray chassis, which was the corporate identity of the U.N.E. CARGAS RENFE. At the same time as the livery change, the brake system was modified, eliminating the vacuum brake.
