Not QRP: 20 watts from just 2 transistors
Describing and demonstrating an ultra simple 2 transistor 20 watt CW transmitter for 7 MHz. Constructor's note: If you are having problems getting much power out then try adding a bit of DC bias to the gate of the IRF510. But be careful they are very easy to blow up if you have too much bias. This needs to be voltage regulated. KN4RRQ & N1BUG suggest using a 7805 with a potentiometer across the output. Then connect the wiper of the potentiometer to the PA FET gate.
