Thanks to Mr. Ken Bohn for his video on making a steam whistle from scrap parts • Video From that video and its comments I was able to glean enough information to build a few myself. The one shown in the thumbnail was actually made from the extra parts I machined while making this video. It is the loudest so far at an estimated 150-155 decibel.
