Automatic aluminium cutting machine multiple profiles

Automated sawing machine for the cutting of thin aluminium profiles. The profiles are automatically loaded from an pallet with extruded profiles. The machine will load the profiles onto a loading magazine. Continuous production was the main goal when engineering this production cell. To achieve this, the machine has a buffer at the loading side (in case a new pallet with materials has to be loaded) and a buffer at the output side. These machines will be working 24/7 for a large furniture manufacturing company.
