Leica-M Elmar 1:4/135 | Cleaning Aperture Blades

This video is about Leica-M Elmar 1:4/135 where I show you how to diassemble the aperture assembly, then cleaning the Aperture Blades, and use small homemade tools to put the aperture blades in so it will work proper again. Do NOT use any oil or grease on the blades, they have to be DRY! BE AWARE: Of how the aperture blades are sitting. The square end has to sit against the focus assembly, and the curved end has to sit against the front. The steele ball is 1.48mm in diameter and the spring is 1.4mm in diameter and ~2.4mm long.
