All you need is 10 minutes and lots of energy! Warm up before starting this workout. The exercises you'll be doing are: Jump squats Side crunches. Elbow-to-knee touches Alternating lunges (3 counts) Plank Squats Plank with arms extended Lateral squats Alternating lunges Glute raises Crunches 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of rest.
