Ringing up 28-2-9 in D tenor at St Paul's

This bell is...... interesting to say the very least here at St Paul's in Burton-Upon-Trent. The bells here are INCREDIBLY lucky to be rung 12 times a year, though most of the time it isn't even on. This is why it took nearly 7 minutes to ring up. Unfortunately the bells are in very bad shape and are in need of some attention. The 8th here drops all the time due to a 30 degree movement on the clapper. The ropes, stays, and pulleys are knackered. The 8th and 9th will soon be unringable. The 7th and 8th ropes will snap soon. The pulleys on 5th and 6th are no longer round. And the stays on 1, 3, 5, 6, and 10 haven't been replaced since the new tenor was cast in 1912. A lottery grant would certainly help this tower.
