But EUV accomplishes this feat and more - it does so not without quirks or shortcomings, but with such a daring attitude to create the most complex, high budget and ambitious grand strategy game ever, that it's simply astounding. And you know, it somehow manages to live up to the hype, and the promise of tomorrow, is absolutely here.
