Tonight I am breaking down the first three days of the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing in the Charlie Kirk case, and I am doing it the way I do everything on this show: with the actual courtroom testimony in front of me, not the headlines. Over three days in a Utah courtroom, prosecutors put on their evidence to convince Judge Tony Graf there is enough to send Robinson to trial on aggravated murder and additional counts, including three victim-targeting enhancements, with the state seeking the death penalty. Robinson has not entered a plea and is presumed innocent. Everything the state described is an allegation it still has to prove.
