How to find Canon Log to Rec. 709 LUTs for the C100 & C100 Mark II

It took me a little bit to find the Canon LUTs for video I shot with Canon Log. Then it took me some time to figure out which of the many LUTs would actually work with my Canon C100 Mark II.
