Today, we bid farewell to the picturesque views and head towards the capital, deliberately choosing a slower but definitely more atmospheric mode of transport. Upon arrival, we decided to completely change our approach to accommodations and, instead of a traditional hotel, rent an apartment to blend in with the local atmosphere and live a bit like the locals. In this video, we take you on a walk through a district steeped in history, a stark contrast to the modern, neon-lit city centers. We visit a cult pop culture gem known from cinema, admire an unusual architectural monument, and stumble upon a dinner where the size of the dish we ordered surprised us greatly.
