REDARC BCDC Charger Installation on a Prado 150

Installation of REDARC BCDC Charger by Dan's Automotive Toowoomba. Along the way though we encountered an issue with our charging system. The DCDC charger we were using was mounted to the top of the fuse box. During long driving days it was becoming very hot, in fact untouchable it was so hot. As a result of this, the auxiliary battery was not charging leaving us pulling into camp with a 2/3rd charged battery causing us all sorts of dramas. In this video you'll see me (after getting my coffee) is check into Dan's Automotive where he has a BCDC charger for me. We go through the installation, and he provides valuable information in relation to charging your auxiliary battery. Mostly the information pertains to the Prado however also can be used in most vehicles. The REDARC is also installed just in front of the radiator, giving it maximum air flow.
