Your Lat Pull-Down Technique is Broken

Everyone loves doing the Lat Pull-Down but unfortunately, most people do them wrong. If you're not dealing with any back pain you can probably get away with doing them however you want but if you are dealing with some inflammation or a potential disc injury you need to keep this exercise in check! In this video I am going to tell you exactly why this simple exercise could be one of the culprits as to why you continue to deal with chronic back pain. The goal here is to clean up the way you execute this exercise so you can focus on rehabbing your lower back and allowing it to heal.
