During a search of the adjacent area, a stash containing an unknown substance packaged in a plastic bag was discovered. An examination revealed that the substance was a narcotic substance—N-methylephedrone—weighing over 15 kg. According to the detainee, the drug was intended for subsequent sale. During a search of the detainee's residence on Novomytishchinsky Prospekt, packaging material, scales, and a powdered substance were found and seized. The substance will be sent for examination. The Moscow Department of Internal Affairs for the TiNAO of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 30 and Part 5 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
