Facebook profile:   / cakeshare   CHEESE CAKE BASE: 100g bread of stars 40g butter CHEESECAKE CREAM: 200g spreadable cheese 180g yoghurt 130g icing sugar 50g chocolate drops 7g gelatin sheets 35g cold water 150g fresh cream 20g icing sugar DECORATION: Star loaf DOSES FOR: 6/8 PEOPLE CAKE DIAMETER: 16 cm This recipe is really simple and you won't need much time to prepare it! Its taste will win you over, try to believe! A little personal advice; the Pan di Stelle used for decoration become soft the next day (perfect both when cut and to be eaten) so if you can, prepare the cake the day before or lightly soak the biscuits in milk before placing them on the cheesecake to make them softer.
