Knead it by hand until it becomes a loaf. 5. When the dough becomes a loaf, add the smooth unsalted butter of room temperature and knead it. 6. When the butter is absorbed completely, repeat to knead and roll out until gluten is formed. 7. Knead the dough until the stretched dough forms thin film. 8. Roll round the dough and put it in bowl. 9. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and poke a hole in the plastic wrap. 10. Let the dough 1st rise under the hot water in oven or enclosed space until double. 11. If the dough is not stick to your finger when you prick the dough with a finger, it means the dough rises well. 12. After dredging with dusting flour, roll out the dough into long and fold up. If it is difficult to roll out, dredge with dusting flour sometimes during rolling process. 13. Roll it out into long shape and spray. And then fold it up in the same way.
