Deidre Peak and Lava Caves - Snow Canyon SP, St George, UT - Most underrated hike EVER!
I thought Snow Canyon, although pretty, was boring and easy in terms of hiking. I wasn't expecting much from this hike but was blown away and loved it! I would definitely put Deidre Peak on your to do list! I want to get back now and do longer ridge traverses. I also went in all 4 of the lava flows/caves along the trail.
