Dumdar 10: नए कानून से सिस्टम ठीक, NEET में No पेपर Leak! |Parliament Session | Anti Paper Leak Bill देश में पेपर लीक रोकने के लिए मोदी सरकार आज संसद में पब्लिक एग्जामिनेशन संशोधन बिल पेश करने जा रही है। लोकसभा में केंद्रीय मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह इस बिल को पेश करेंगे। पब्लिक एग्जामिनेशन संशोधन बिल के जरिए मोदी सरकार ने पेपर लीक माफियाओं पर नकेल कसने की कोशिश की है। नए बिल का कानून बनने के बाद पेपर लीक करने पर 10 साल की जेल, 10 करोड़ जुर्माना लगेगा। साथ ही अगर सर्विस प्रोवाइडर कंपनी दोषी हुई तो 8 साल के लिए ब्लैकलिस्ट हो जाएगी। वहीं, कंपनी के डायरेक्टर, मैनेजर दोषी हुए तो 10 साल जेल, 10 करोड़ जुर्माना लगेगा। इसके साथ ही कोचिंग संस्थान पेपरलीक में शामिल हुए तो संपत्ति जब्त होगी। पब्लिक एग्जामिनेशन संशोधन बिल का मकसद परीक्षाओं की पारदर्शिता, निष्पक्षता और विश्वसनीयता को मजबूत करना है। The Modi government is set to introduce the Public Examination Amendment Bill in Parliament today to curb paper leaks across the country. Union Minister Jitendra Singh will table the bill in the Lok Sabha. Through this bill, the government aims to crack down on the "paper leak mafia." Once the bill becomes law, those found guilty of leaking exam papers will face up to 10 years in prison and a fine of ₹10 crore. Additionally, if a service provider company is found guilty, it will be blacklisted for eight years, while its directors and managers could face 10 years in prison and a ₹10 crore fine. Furthermore, the assets of coaching institutes involved in paper leaks will be liable for confiscation.
