Cook the lemons, cut into julienne strips, with the 150 ml of water for 30 minutes. Once cooked, add the sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved, about 30 more minutes of cooking or until it reaches the desired consistency. (Save the lemon seeds to put in a cheesecloth to help thicken the marmalade.)
