La fenaison en Franche-Comté
Première fenaison en cette fin mai pour Clément, un ancien collègue de saison qui s'est installé au premier janvier dans le Doubs sur une exploitation laitière d'une trentaine de vaches de race montbéliarde pour la production du Comté. Ici la majorité des élevages ont opté pour le séchage en grange afin d'optimiser la qualité de leur fourrage. Son frère Bastien que vous avez surement aperçu au travers de mes vidéos était de la partie pour cette première coupe.
