The Ebola outbreak in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo is causing great concern among experts worldwide. The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a public health emergency of international concern. Since the first reported outbreak, around 1,000 suspected cases have been registered; over 200 people are believed to have already died from the disease. What do we need to know about Ebola?
