I Need Your Help… Should I Reset My First Shrimp Tank?
This was my very first shrimp tank, and it’s become one of my favorites. Over time I made the mistake of mixing different Neocaridina colors, and now I’m getting more clear and wild-type shrimp than I wanted. My goal is to build stronger Yellow Golden Back colonies, but I’m torn on what to do. Should I completely reset Tank #1, or should I slowly remove the different colored shrimp and keep the tank going? I also moved some shrimp into Tank #5 to make room and I’m thinking about creating dedicated tanks for different color lines. I’d really appreciate your advice—leave a comment and let me know what you’d do!
