Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a chronic blood cancer characterized by an abnormal increase in mature B lymphocytes. As leukemia cells accumulate in the blood, bone marrow, and lymph nodes, immune function may be compromised, and symptoms such as fatigue, lymph node enlargement, and splenomegaly may occur. Since there are often no specific symptoms in the early stages, diagnosis may be delayed.
