Understanding what Stepped Care means as a patient

Primary mental health system reforms and the implementation of stepped care model, came into effect on 1 March 2018. As a result, there may be changes to the way people receive mental health services. This video aims to show how the mental health care that people receive through their primary mental health care provider or GP, may be stepped up, or down, depending on their health needs.
