Fill with ice and SHAKE HARD. Hollow out half of a cucumber to use as a drinking vessel. Strain in the shaken cocktail and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and a slice of apple. FABIO LA PIETRA: My Brazil With Zest Muddle five kumquats with some dried lavender in a mixing glass. Add half a teaspoon of sugar. Pour in 20ml limoncello and 50ml Bombay Sapphire gin. Fill with ice and SHAKE HARD. Strain into a chilled coupette glass and garnish with fresh basil.
