#MT19 Part 1 - Making a Hemingway Kits Knurling Tool for my Sieg mini lathe. By Andrew Whale.

This video shows me making a Hemingway Kits Knurling Tool. This was my first major project based around engineering drawings, so I decided to purchase a surface plate and a height gauge. Due to it's complexity (for me anyway!) I decided to split the video into three parts. This part (part 1) covers the making of the main body. Part 2 covers the making of the arms and can be viewed at:    • #MT19 Part 2 - Making a Hemingway Kits Knu...   Part 3 covers making the other components and can be viewed at:    • #MT19 Part 3 - Making a Hemingway Kits Knu...   I used both my Sieg SX2P mini mill and my SC3 mini lathe to make this tool. Hemingway Kits have a copyright on the drawings and instructions (and rightly so). As such I don't show these in any detail. If you fancy making a Knurling Tool, please try to support Hemingway Kits by purchasing a kit from them. Please note that I don't have any relationship with Hemingway Kits, but I like to give credit to companies that provide good products and services. If you can offer me any help or advice, please leave a comment. If you would like to keep informed of my new videos, please subscribe. Backing track credits......
