Marc Catlin is... a Republican member of the Colorado State Senate and a former Colorado State Representative; Colorado River District Board of Directors President representing Montrose County; Former Water Rights Development Coordinator for Montrose County where he worked to identify and protect water rights within the county; Former Assistant Manager and then Manager of the Uncompahgre Valley Water User’s Association; Winner of the Colorado Division of Water Resources-Division 4 "Water Manager of the Year"; Former President for the Four States Irrigation Council for three consecutive terms; Gunnison Basin Roundtable's selection to serve on the InterBasin Compact Committee; and Former President of the Colorado Water Congress.
