「How to Make Handmade Soba/パスタマシンで手打ちそば」

パスタマシンで手打ちそばをつくってみました。小麦粉4割と2割の2種類をつくってみて、4割の方はパスタみたいに普通に作れましたが、2割の方はやはり麺が切れ易かったですね。 Today I'll show you how to make soba noodles with a pasta machine.I tried making two different kinds of noodles: one using 40% flour and the other using 20%.
