North Coast Cook Up: Fireside Cooking Lime on Maracas Road in Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 Foodie Nation

Shaun Alexander and Rhett Mc Carthy step out the kitchen to prepare some new recipe videos. This time, in a slightly unusual location at the La Vache Bay Lookout (before the Maracas Lookout) on the North Coast Road in Trinidad and Tobago. Joining in the fun were local social media personalities’ Charlotte Wingham, Sherisse Kervelle, and our foodie friend Andrew aka “Mr. Creamy”. Together, they prepared some traditional coffee, cocoa tea (hot chocolate), a “Doritos” bowl consisting of mexican-inspired ground beef, sour cream, roasted-corn and tomato salsa, and of course, Doritos! They also finished off the day with some homemade soft taco shells that was the perfect vessel for their Doritos fried chicken tenders complimented with garlic aoili, micro greens and purple onions.
