In this video I show method to draw the Sri Yantra that was inspired by the author of Pyramid Power; Patrick Flanagan. In 1991 he published a short guide to constructing the Sri Yantra using the Golden Ratio Pyramid that is based on the phi proportioned version of the Great Pyramid of Giza. His excellent short guide did a fabulous job of working out the construction of the lines and providing measurements of the pyramid, however it did not show how this version of the Sri Yantra could be constructed with a compass and straight edge. After many attempts of drawing the Sri Yantra with techniques using a compass and straight edge and produced a simpler and more accurate technique than Patrick's, which makes the Sri Yantra a delight to draw. I am extremely grateful for Patrick’s method, and I am thrilled to have discovered a way that makes it easy to create a beautiful Sri Yantra with the Golden Ratio Giza Pyramid that is based on his fabulous discovery. In addition to the content in this video I have produced a FREE 33-step guide to drawing the nine tirnalges of the Sri Yantra and an instructional video that demonstrates the method with hand drawn techniques rather than what I quickly show here on the iPad.
