DRAKENSBERG HIKE MAY 2011 - Ascend Tskekeseke Pass, traverse escarpment and descend Mlambonja Pass.

Stunning 3 night hike. Sleeping at the base of Tsekeseke Pass on day 1. Day 2 going up the pass and traversing the escarpment over the Elephant, which is not small and then camping on the escarpment along the river. Day 3 waking up in some cold weather, wind, sleet and a bit of snow on the peaks enjoyed with cups of cold tea. In some interesting weather making our way to the top of the pass. Finding some nice shelter at the top of the pass once off the escarpment and in the lee of the mountain. Brilliant views descending Mlambonja Pass most of the day and then an enjoyable night's camp at the base of the pass. Day 4 easy walk back to main camp.
