How I Create a Tactic - FM24

You asked for it, so here it is! My general approach and thought process when I create a tactic with a team I have little knowledge about. How to analyze the squad, get the best players onto the pitch, then devise a plan and a cohesive approach based on the team's strengths, weaknesses, and club objectives.
