This event marks the beginning of a series of activities within the framework of the 3rd Vietnam-Laos Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program taking place in Vietnam. THE DREAM SCHOOL OF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS IN THE BORDER REGION Beyond the solemn diplomatic ceremonies, the 3rd Vietnam-Laos Border Defense Friendship Exchange also brought sparkling joy to the eyes of the children in the highlands. A new, spacious school is being prepared for construction thanks to the joint efforts and contributions of the armies of the two countries.
