Kawasaki Z900RS im Test: Schön. Stark. Aber ist sie ihr Geld wert?

🏍️ Kawasaki Z900RS Black Ball Edition Moto50Plus Test 124 hp, inline four-cylinder engine, retro look – sounds like the kind of motorcycle you don't need, but immediately want. Three weeks, 300–400 kilometers, city traffic, country roads, and highways: I put the Z900RS Black Ball Edition through its paces in my daily routine – with and without a passenger – and rated it on the Moto50Plus scorecard. What convinced me: ✅ Handy, precise chassis – almost like a large bicycle ✅ Powerful, easily modulated brakes ✅ Superior stability up to 160 km/h and beyond ✅ Iconic engine with character – it really takes off from 6,000 rpm ✅ Consistent all-black design – no chrome, no compromises ✅ Standard luggage hooks – a real everyday advantage What convinced me less: ❌ Forward-leaning seat – tiring on long journeys ❌ High-set passenger footpegs – sporty, but not suitable for touring ❌ Instrument quality seems a bit too plasticky for the price ❌ Turn signal switch with noticeable resistance The result on the Moto50Plus scorecard: 🪖 Enjoyment factor: 4/4 helmets 🪖 50+ Comfort: 3/4 helmets 🪖 Touring suitability: 3/4 helmets 🪖 Value for money: 3/4 helmets ➡️ Overall: 13 out of 16 helmets A highly recommended motorcycle – with a clearly defined target group. If you love the Japanese four-cylinder engine, this is the perfect choice.
