Dorney Park Zephyr Railroad Complete Ride - 2022

This complete ride on the Dorney Park Zephyr Railroad was recorded by Bill Cherkasky on June 29, 2022. Dorney Park is located in Allentown, PA and the Zephyr Railroad opened at the park on May 23, 1936. According to one of the park's former owners, the popularity of the Zephyr Railroad helped Dorney Park survive through the Great Depression. Cedar Fair purchased Dorney Park in 1992 and luckily decided to maintain the Zephyr Railroad after removing several other classic rides. The ride is still using the original engine and coaches, although an additional coach was added to allow more riders.
