I was doing dishes the other day and had the most random thought. Growing up in India with my parents and house help taking care of everything, I genuinely never imagined I'd be the one doing any of this. Not the dishes. Not the cooking. Not the groceries or the cleaning or remembering when we ran out of things. And now here I am. In New York City. Doing all of it. Every single day. There's something strange about that realization - not bad strange, just… "wow, I actually do all of this now" strange. On top of a 9-5. On top of life just constantly happening. I know I'm lucky to have had that upbringing. I know not everyone starts from that place. But there's something universally weird about adulthood, this quiet moment when you realize you're capable of so much more than you ever thought you'd have to be. This week's vlog is just that.
