Masterclass with Professor Hugh Seenan in which they work the Romance for horn and orchestra op 36 by Camille Saint-Saëns. Professor Seenan talks about the tempo and the sound since the beginning and about the elements that influence on the selection of a specific tempo. The change of character does not involve a change of tempo, but a change of sound. In the high pitches in fortissimo the student needs more air.
