Is it time to scrap student loan repayments?
Graduates have until 5pm this afternoon to submit evidence to an inquiry into student loan repayments. It was launched after many called the payment plans unfair and said the terms had changed. Last week the Government introduced a 6% cap on interest. But should the repayments be scrapped altogether?
