To ensure that the expected hundreds of clan members did not attend the funeral and to prevent clashes, a riot police unit, several patrol cars and police motorcycles, as well as approximately 25 public order officers, were present. The funeral proceeded peacefully. The streets and parking lots around the cemetery had been cordoned off extensively since early Friday morning. The wildlife park also had to remain closed for the day of the funeral. The funeral of the extended family is attracting attention far beyond the region. Emergency services were also heavily deployed in the city for the rest of the day. On April 9, 2021, the brother was buried in the same cemetery.
