Solicitor General Tushar Mehta assured the court that a panel of government doctors would begin regular medical check-ups. Wangchuk has appealed to citizens instead of worrying about him or urging him to end his fast, he's asking people to join the peaceful march to Parliament on July 20th, turning this fight for education reform into a nationwide movement.
