Yoga Alliance explained is the video created to create a clear understanding of this controversial organization, which is in many ways unique in the yoga world. As a new yoga teacher it is easy (and tempting) to follow the lead of the more experienced teachers, yet a lot of times, what is good for those who have been teaching for long, won’t be suitable for those who are just starting out.
