Bowie Knife Restoration

Hello folks! Today I will show you the restoration of the Bowie knife. I tried to complete it in a purely classical style of American Bowie knives. My friend asked me to restore this knife. Due to the surface was relatively eaten by rust and there were deep pits. I decided to polish the blade, but without completely removing the dents. The blade and all the places (bends, holes and the back part) I sanded 80 to 800 grit. with sandpaper. The handle of the Bowie knife, here I used the classic parts of the composite handle of the Bowie knife. These are brass, black leather insert and deer horn. The guard was also made of brass. The handle of the knife was slightly sanded and polished. I made the Bowie knife sheath out of thick genuine leather.
