How to pass CTA TIP 1 : Mind your study method, do not waste time going through the textbook too much, rather spend more time practicing questions. How to pass CTA TIP 2 : The Acts and standards are more important. these books should be your best friend. How to pass CTA TIP 3 : You are not a robot. Keep a balance between work and rest. How to pass CTA TIP 4 : Do not write test 4 if not necessary, remember at this point fatigue gets the better of us. How to pass CTA TIP 5 : Join the Facebook group in order to stay updated on recent changes, the test dates tend to change a lot. When you are studying CTA at Unisa you do 5 modules, though we major in 4 areas, Taxation (TAX4862), Management Accounting (MAC4862), Auditing (AUE4862) and Financial Accounting which is split into 2 modules one is normal IAS standards (FAC4863) and the other is mainly group statements (FAC4864). This course (CTA) demands your undivided attention. In a year there are 4 test days. and One each test day you write 5 tests which are 1hr15min long.
