This time, I'm taking the Hosodani Route (also known as the Silver Route), which also includes stream walking. The trailhead is a little further back from the Teratani Route. The first part of this route follows a stream, similar to Teratani, but the second half climbs along the valley floor. The gradient doesn't change much, so it's a very rhythmic climb. I think some people will find this route easy to climb. On the way back, we descended via the Monju Middle Ridge via the Monju Ridge.
