A Summer Week in the German Countryside | Pottery, Beekeeping & Slow Living

This week in the pottery studio, I'm finally catching my breath after shipping my very first ceramic collection and settling into a slower rhythm of summer. Between working on pre-orders, gathering inspiration for a new collection, and spending time outdoors, Elli and I unexpectedly find ourselves caring for a tiny honeybee colony with the help of our neighbor, Uwe. Along the way, I learn more about how honeybees raise a queen, why native bees are just as important, and some of the simple ways we can all help support pollinators. It's also the height of summer here in the German countryside, with ducklings, wildflowers, and plenty of quiet moments that remind me why this season is my favorite. Thank you so much for watching and for supporting my ceramics journey. I hope you enjoy spending a slow summer week with us. ✿ Ceramics: https://www.maddietaylorceramics.com Socials: Ceramic website and shop: www.maddietaylorceramics.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/user?u=78747487 Instagram:   / maddieetaylor   Business inquiries: [email protected] Donations: If you'd like to make a contribution to support this channel, you are more than welcome to: https://www.paypal.com/donate?hosted_...
